for dinner, we met mom's friends Aunty Lynette and Aunty Pam who came down from Chicago! We went to Glutton's Bay @ Esplanade, but i couldn't eat anything yet... sigh.. soon.. real soon..
on Saturday morning, we went to kor kor ethan's condo for a swim! the water was really cold and i didn't want to get in a first, but daddy was really patient with me and waited while i got used to the cold water.. soon, i was enjoying myself kicking and paddling around the pool! this time, we didn't use the baby pool.. we used the big adult pool! yayy!! it's much better here with less ppl splashing around and some shade from the sun.. mom is very worried that i will get sun burned, thus the funny looking sun hat she forced me to wear..
after the swim, we went to Crystal Jade in Tampines for lunch. i sat on a high chair for the first time while mom fed me lunch.. it was not very comfy, and after a while, i decided it was time to get out to have a look around the place in dad's arms.
we went to buy a new potty and a proper baby feeding chair for me. Grandma P thinks that it's time for me to start potty training.. wonder what she expects me to do though... just sit on it? how boring...after that, we went to meet Grandpa and Grandma Lee at Paragon. My grandparents love me to bits! i got loads of huggies and kissies! we went walking around, window shopping.. but it was quite boring and i was getting quite tired from my swim earlier.. dad decided it was time for me to get some rest, so home we went..
Sunday morning means mom dressing me up for church! i think she enjoys it more than i do.. but since she's having so much fun, i'll just go along with it and indulge her. dad says that i look cool in my sunglasses.. and mom says i'm all ready for my golf game with grandpa C.. maybe in a couple of years?

mom kept taking more pictures in church and i got quite fasinated with the camera and decided to grab it for a taste.. as you can see, dad was in the way, so i had to push his aside to get to the camera!
after service, Aunty S decided to look cool with me so we both wore our sunnies for this pic! we went to Aunty J's house where mom and dad had lunch and bible study while i took a short nap. but i wasn't feeling very well.. my tummy was feeling uncomfortable so i tried telling mom.. i don't think she understands though.. kept telling me to be quiet.. hmmph!
finally, we went home to rest after a long day out.. mom finally realised that YES, i can sit up on my own now! it pretty easy most of the time, but sometimes i still lose my balance and fall over.. dad says i just need more practise and soon i'll get the hang of it.. but it still hurts when i fall and hit my head..
